Fibre Optic Polarisation Maintaining (PM) terminations
- At our UK facility, alker have perfected PM terminations
to connector options: - FC, SC, LC and E2000 in 8° APC , FLAT and UPC polish
- ST, MU and DIN in FLAT and UPC polish
- ST and MU with APC polish in development
- Slow, Fast and Custom axis
There are a number of options for this type of PM fibre, although the two main fibres alker hold on stock are Panda and Bowtie. These are available in wavelengths ranging from 450nm to 1550nm.
We also have extensive experience in terminating devices with PM fibre.
